Ceramic artist since 1979 (2nd generation), I've worked for years out of Lill Street but recently expanded to a larger space closer to home. I make useful objects like garden lanterns, fountains, vases, candlesticks, etc.

Urban Solar Power
Producing all the electrical power I use since May, 1999 with the initial system installed in 1991, this is the first off-grid apartment in the city of Chicago. Since then, a number of other residences have gone off grid.

This truck was converted from its former life as a 4-cylinder gas truck to an all electric vehicle.
It is charged with excess power from the solar panels on the house.
